Deep vs. scheduled cleanings

An initial deep cleaning is required before beginning recurring or scheduled services. Each deep clean is fully customizable and tailored to the specific needs of every room in your home, charged at an hourly rate. Recurring service tasks are outlined below, though adjustments can always be made upon request to best fit your preferences and lifestyle. Recurring cleans are set at a flat rate fee per cleaning.

Frequency

Whether you need a one-time refresh or routine weekly, biweekly, tri-weekly, or monthly service, we offer flexible cleaning plans designed to fit seamlessly into your home, schedule, and lifestyle.

How pricing works

Our pricing is customized based on the size of your home, the condition of the space, the amount of services requested, and the frequency of cleanings. Because every home and client's needs are different, we provide personalized quotes to ensure fair, accurate pricing with no unnecessary add-ons. Initial deep cleanings are priced at an hourly rate, as they create the foundation for maintaining recurring services. Recurring services are priced at a flat rate fee for each clean.

Arrival

For your convenience, clients may choose to be home during their cleaning or provide secure access through a key, garage code, or other preferred entry method. We understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust, and we prioritize professionalism, communication, and respect for your space at every visit.

Final walkthrough

Every cleaning concludes with a final walkthrough to ensure our quality standards are consistently met. If you are home during the service, we are happy to walk through the space with you to ensure you are satisfied. If you are away, the lead cleaner completes a detailed final inspection before following secure lockup procedures, including locking doors, turning off the lights, and confirming your home is left safe, clean, and exactly as expected.

Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning service. We will gladly return to address and correct the issue at no additional cost. If we are unable to resolve the concern, appropriate compensation will be provided to ensure your experience meets the standard we promise.

Cancellation policy

Cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment with no fee. Inside 24 hours, a $35 cancellation fee applies — life happens, and we try to be reasonable about it.

Privacy

We store the contact details you provide on the estimate form to send you the quote and schedule service. We don't sell or share that data with anyone.
